At Velveton, customer satisfaction is our priority. We take great care in providing high-quality, handmade fabric materials cut to your specifications. Due to the custom nature of our products, please read our return policy carefully.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items (Custom & Handmade)

As per UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, custom-made or cut-to-order items — such as our hand-cut fabrics — are non-refundable unless they are faulty or damaged. Since all fabric is cut to your chosen length, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as:

• Changing your mind

• Colour or texture not being as expected

👉 Important: If you're unsure about colour, texture, or suitability, please order a sample swatch before purchasing full-length fabric.

✅ Damaged or Faulty Items

In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will offer a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.
