Velveton is a UK-based business specialising in handmade cushions, bed runners, lampshades, and custom-cut velvet fabric.

2. Products & Handmade Nature

All of our products are handmade or custom-cut to order. This means:

  • Slight variations in size, colour, or texture may occur due to the handmade process

  • Cut fabric lengths are non-returnable unless faulty (see Returns Policy)

  • Product descriptions and images are for illustrative purposes; colours may vary slightly on different screens

We recommend ordering a sample if you are unsure about the fabric's colour, weight, or texture before ordering full metres.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable

  • Payment is securely processed via Shopify and its authorised providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Klarna)

  • Orders are only confirmed once full payment has been received

We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but this will not affect any confirmed orders.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are dispatched within the estimated time frame stated at checkout

  • Delivery times may vary depending on product type (handmade vs. in-stock fabric)

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for non-delivery due to address errors.

5. Returns & Refunds

Because many of our items are custom-made or cut to size, they are non-refundable unless faulty or damaged upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 14 days with photos. We will offer a replacement or full refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, logos, product descriptions, and branding — is the property of Velveton and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Velveton is not liable for:

  • Inaccuracies in user-provided shipping information

  • Allergic reactions or sensitivities to fabrics (samples are available on request)

Our total liability in respect of any claim shall not exceed the price of the product purchased.
